LAFA, Leadership Alliance for Africa, was created by SLM to bring churches together throughout Africa in order to facilitate evangelism, church planting, training for leaders, prayer, outreaches in order to mature pastors and Christian leaders to transform every nation in Africa. This Leadership Alliance seeks to build Christian unity throughout the continent upon the basis of love, fellowship, Christian doctrine and a vision to advancing the Kingdom of God in every African nation.

SLM Coordinator — Daniel Rateng (East Africa—Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, & Burundi) Pastor Daniel Odhiambo Rateng is married to Redempta Mwenesi Odhiambo, and they have three beautiful children (Byron, Steve & Chloe). They are the Senior Pastors at The Triumphant Christian Church in Kisumu, Kenya. The Church has grown into five branches within Kenya. https://www.facebook.com/TheTriumphantChristianChurch/ Apart from the Church, they are also the stewards of Heavenly Light Academy. This is a charitable school that benefits over 100 gifted, but needy kids (angels) that live in Nyalenda Slum Community in Kisumu City (Kenya).
Daniel has a Diploma in Theology (Grace Bible College Kenya) and he currently serves as the Coordinator of Servant Leadership Ministries in East Africa, which is intentionally spear heading the train,ing & capacity building of over 130 active pastors in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, & Burundi. They are delighted at the steady growth & impact they are making in East Africa through the sustained Bible-based training, courtesy of Servant Leadership Ministries.
SLM Coordinator—Wellington Morris (West Africa—Liberia & Côte d'Ivoire/Ivory Coast) Pastor Wellington Morris is married to Williette Juah Morris and they have five beautiful kids; three girls and two boys. Wellington is the founder and Pastor of Omega Community Church, Liberia, West Africa. He also serves at the Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary, as campus Pastor and instructor. He is the Executive Director of Mission-Liberia, an organization he started to equip pastors and church leaders for ministry in Liberia and beyond. Presently, he is the Coordinator of Servant Leadership Ministries (SLM) in Liberia. Wellington has an ardent love for God and passion for equipping God’s people for the work of the ministry. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies (1997) from African Bible College, Malawi, Southeast Africa, and a Master of Education in Education Administration (2007) from Cuttington University, Graduate School and Professional Studies, Liberia, West Africa.
SLM Coordinator — Joseph Dayamba (French West Africa—Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, & Guinea ) Pastor Joseph Dayamba is married to Aimée Dayamba. He has been doing children’s Ministry for the past 15 years. Many of the children have become young people, so he has more than 150 young people in his church. He has been working in very hostile areas—Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger, and he is extending the ministry to a new country, Guinea.
